Yes. We also recommend you read any and all signage for additional instructions.

How long does it take to go through the car wash?
The normal wash process take about 5 minutes. However, we do want to make sure the vehicle is fully prepped before sending it through the wash. This can take additional time. Remember, our goal is to make sure that all vehicles leave our facility clean.

No. Sorry for in the inconvenience, but we are unable to wash duallies on our conveyor system.
Do you vacuum the inside of my vehicle for me?
No. However, we offer free vacuums for you to use, as long as you pay for any of our wash packages. Please use the wash first, and then proceed to the vacuums.
Why do I have to clean out the bed of my truck and remove my trailor hitch prior to getting a carwash?
We want to make sure you vehicle stays safe! Items and debris left in the bed of a truck and trailer hitches could potentially get caught in the brushes and curtains causing significant damage. Also, debris could blow out of the bed and land on other vehicles. Thanks for cooperating.
What is your policy concerning muddy vehicles?
Allowing muddy vehicles to proceed through any car wash tunnel is dangerous and can result in damage to vehicle paint. For this reason, we ask that if you have mud caked on your vehicle, you remove the mud before we wash it.
